ARTICLE III
Applicability
Section 1. These bylaws shall govern the GEORGIA COUNCIL OF COURT
ADMINISTRATORS, (GCCA), as created by the General Assembly in Acts 1997,
p.1536, § 1 .
Section 2. These bylaws shall also govern the operation of the GEORGIA
ASSOCIATION FOR COURT MANAGEMENT, INC., (GACM), a nonprofit corporation
registered with the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of
Georgia.
Section 3. These organizations shall operate as separate entities
governed by the same Executive Committee and bylaws. If there is any
difference between the bylaws, the bylaws of the GCCA shall control.
